Ruleset analysis
Good rulesets for Raa
In High Mana rulesets, it's more likely for there to be giants (cards costing more than 10 mana). Since Raa has Giant Killer, it is therefore helpful in High Mana battles.
As Raa has Flying, it doesn't get damaged by the Earthquake ruleset.
Multiple attacks helps Raa get through Divine Shields in the 'Holy Protection' ruleset.
Raa has Rust, which is useful for the 'Armored Up' ruleset.
Raa has Rust, making it useful in the 'Going The Distance' ruleset. Also, its max ranged damage is 4, making it a strong damage dealer in this ruleset.
Raa does ranged damage but doesn't have the Close Range ability on its own. However in the 'Close Range' ruleset it gets the ability to attack in the first position.
In the 'Unprotected' ruleset, Raa's damage no longer needs to fight through armor. Furthermore, Raa doesn't have any armor, so it gets no disadvantages from this ruleset.
Raa has scattershot but doesn't have blast on its own. With the 'Explosive Weaponry' ruleset it gets blast, and has a chance to deal damage to 3 foes when it shoots the back line.
Raa has scattershot, which can hit backline enemies (randomly) in the 'Fog of War' ruleset. It's the only way to hit backline enemies (other than with counters) in this ruleset.
Raa has a max speed of 2 making it a good option for the Reverse Speed ruleset.
Bad rulesets for Raa
Raa is slow, which means that it's more likely to miss if its enemies are enraged.
Cards who are fast or have dodging abilities (Dodge, Flying, Phase) lose their advantage in the 'Aim True' ruleset.
Since Raa is a Ranged monster and doesn't have Reflection Shield, it will take damage every time it attacks in the 'Return Fire' ruleset.
With 'Holy Protection', all cards have Divine Shield, making it better to focus fire your enemies to bring them down. Since Raa has scattershot, it randomly shoots around and cannot focus fire.
With 'Armored Up', all cards have additional armor, making it better to focus fire your enemies to bring them down. Since Raa has scattershot, it randomly shoots around and cannot focus fire.
