Grim Reaper has Piercing, which is useful for the 'Armored Up' ruleset.
Grim Reaper does ranged damage but doesn't have the Close Range ability on its own. However in the 'Close Range' ruleset it gets the ability to attack in the first position.
In the 'Unprotected' ruleset, Grim Reaper's damage no longer needs to fight through armor. Furthermore, Grim Reaper doesn't have any armor, so it gets no disadvantages from this ruleset.
Bad rulesets for Grim Reaper
