Good rulesets for Cyclops
Cyclops can be used as a good focus fire target in the 'Target Practice' ruleset.
Cyclops has Shield, making it useful in the 'Going The Distance' ruleset.
Cyclops does ranged damage but doesn't have the Close Range ability on its own. However in the 'Close Range' ruleset it gets the ability to attack in the first position.
In the 'Unprotected' ruleset, Cyclops's damage no longer needs to fight through armor. Furthermore, Cyclops doesn't have any armor, so it gets no disadvantages from this ruleset.
Cyclops is a good tank but doesn't have Taunt. In the 'Fog of War' ruleset, it is more likely to receive most of the damage from the enemy team.
Cyclops has a max speed of 2 making it a good option for the Reverse Speed ruleset.
